One of the most common complaints about shearing is the lack of information provided to customers regarding scheduling and keeping everyone updated. Over the years, we have worked hard to ensure everyone knows whats going on.<\/p>

We utilise SMS, Email, a Web Application and phone calls to keep everyone updated.\u00a0<\/p>

Our Web Application is continually updated from the time your link is sent out till the time your shearer leaves. Throughout the day of shearing the ETA displayed will update, getting more accurate and accounting for delays or even the chance of running early.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Notification Timeline<\/h2>

A few days before, an SMS and\/or email is sent confirming\/reminding the shearing date. Weblink becomes live and will be continuously updated.<\/p>

On the day, as a shearer heads to you, an SMS and\/or email is sent notifying you that the shearer is en route with an estimated ETA. The weblink will update and live tracking of the shearer starts. Think of it as Uber for shearing!<\/p>

Once the shearing job is complete, the web app is updated with the completion time and, particularly if no one is on site, a photo associated with the job being completed. If no one is present for shearing and problems are found, photos may be included here for future reference for both parties.
